Guidance of Application and Timing for Canada FSW

In the terms of guidance and timing, as per the normal information, but really can’t give you the exact guidance and also not the timing as it depends on CIC i.e. Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

First step is to check if you are fitting into the Federal Skilled Worker list, which means are fitting into the occupation that is open at the moment. If you are fitting into the occupation list then calculate your points in terms of Age, English, Education, Experience, Spouse with English, Relative in Canada etc. If you score then:

1. First step is to apply to your education institute to give you the transcript of your educational degree.

2. At the time, you are waiting for result of your WES, do not loose your time as CAP might finish. Get your:
a.       Health Check-up done.
b.      Get Police Clearance Certificate.
c.       Put amount relevant for your visa in account ASAP.
d.      Get IELTS test done to score good points.
e.      Get ready with the fee to be paid etc.
f.        Get all documentation done for lodgement as soon as you get WES positive.

3. As soon as you get WES done and all your other things as mentioned at point 2, then do lodge the application before the CAP finishes and then keep your fingers crossed for best result.

Timing for the Application for CanadaFederal Skilled Worker: At this time the timing is not mentioned at the moment anywhere and no one knows as even not mentioned in the CIC website. So, hopefully it will take about 6 -7 months for the result to come from the time you apply your application under latest Federal Skilled Worker. But timing is changing from 2015 as Canada is making new rule named as Express Entry.
